What's the best schedule?
A good daily routine depends on each person’s individual needs and circumstances. However, in general, the following daily routine can be helpful for most people:
Morning:
Wake up at the same time every day (like 7 a.m.).
Drink a glass of water to hydrate the body after a night’s sleep.
Exercise to awaken the body and improve mood.
Take a shower or wash to get into tone and feel fresh.
Day:
Identify priorities for the day and make an action plan.
Periodically take breaks for rest and stretching, so as not to overstrain the eyes and muscles.
Do not forget to eat moderately and drink enough water.
After work or study, take time for yourself: take up a hobby, walk, chat with friends, read a book, etc.
Evening:
Finish everything to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything and nothing is left unfinished.
If possible, avoid strong emotions and stress before bed.
Air the room and turn off the lights.
Enter relaxing activities such as reading, meditation, or listening to music to calm down and prepare for sleep.
It is important to remember that your daily routine can be changed depending on your work or study schedule and you can adapt it to your needs. However, following a good daily routine can help you use your time more productively and efficiently, as well as improve your health and well-being.
