- Exercise 4
Lying on your back, bend your knees and start doing spiral turns to the right and left. Take 8 turns both ways.
- Exercise 5
Perform the exercise lying on your back, bent your legs in your knees. Place your right leg ankle on your left knee and start twisting. Perform 4 spiral turns in one direction and, changing the legs, 4 turns in the other direction.
- Exercise 6
Perform the exercise lying on your back, bent your legs at your knees and pressing your hips against your stomach. Start twisting in different directions, do 8 repetitions.
- Exercise 7
Lying on your back, raise your straight right leg up. Then twist to the left. Stay in this position for 5-6 seconds, then repeat the exercise with your left leg.
