The ingredients
- 300g chicken
- 200g champignon
- 100g onion
- 150g Korean carrot
- 150g mayonnaise
- 30g apple
- 30g walnut
- 20g raisins
- 1 clove of garlic (or 0.5 tsp granular)

Preparation
- First we cut onions and mushrooms, and then roast them in a pan.
- Chicken fillets are boiled in salted water. Then let it cool and disassemble the meat into fibers.
- After doing all the above, you can combine the ingredients of the salad. Mix in a bowl of chicken, Korean carrots and roasted mushrooms with onions.
- Cut a walnut fine. Put the garlic through the press. All this is sent to the salad, adding mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your taste.
- In the original Uzbek recipe, salad is necessarily prepared with raisins. But if dried grape berries do not like you, you can remove them from the list of ingredients.
