First, make the tubes. Cut the newspaper into equal strips approximately 3.5 cm wide with scissors or a stationery knife.
Wrap the paper around the knitting needle (its thickness will depend on the diameter of the tubes), as shown in the photo.
After the straw is ready, fasten the edge of the paper with glue.
Then you need to paint the resulting tubes.

For this purpose, you will need a water milk or remnants of color for paint.

You can dip paper tubes into a bottle with a morilla or mix the kohler with water and paint the tubes with a brush.
To make a frame, you will need a piece of wire slightly less thick than the inner diameter of a paper tube. Straighten the wire and put it in the tube.
