Homemade cake recipe with sour cream ingredients
- 500 g of sour cream (20%)
- 50g butter
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp starch
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Filling ingredients
- 250g flour
- 150g butter
- 70g sugar
Preparation
- First prepare the cream. Mix two eggs, sugar, a bag of vanilla and two tablespoons of starch. Stir thoroughly to a homogeneous mass and add sour cream.
- Put the mass container on the stove. The fire should be medium, stir the cream until thickened. Add a piece of butter (50 g), it should dissolve in the cream completely, before that turn off the fire.
- Leave the finished cream aside and start filling. As you already know, it's usually cookies. Our approach is different. Take the flour, the sugar and the softened butter, it all needs to be stretched with a fork to crumb. Roast the crumb in the pan until golden.
- You'll need a uniform. You can take a jack diameter of 18-20 centimeters, or you can build your own from baking paper. It's fine if the top of the cake box is left. If the shape is not fundamental, then you can use at least a box of shoes.
- Put in the form in thin layers, first the crumb, then the cream, then again the crumb and again the cream. It is better to finish the cake with cream, there will be a field to decorate it. The easiest way is to sprinkle nuts. Done!
But that doesn’t mean you can eat it right away.
Simple sour cream cake But it does have some complexity. It consists in the fact that the finished cake should stand for several hours in the refrigerator to soak well.
