But on the other hand, before people actually used a bicycle, skis, skates, a ball and so on. It was physical education and rest for the soul. Today, an adult after the institute is interested only in a phone or tablet. What skates? Am I an athlete?



There have never been so many full people before. Yes, physical activity was different. Work, the road to work, cleaning, cooking - all this took more energy, but made you stronger, stronger. And now, with the advent of automation, young people are increasingly frail or overweight on their sides. But it's not just that.

Food was consumed much less. Or rather, how. Eating did not become a cult. Eating cake or ice cream is not bad. I had to get ready to go to the store. At the same time, walk, spend extra energy. Ordinary food, although it could not boast of a wide selection, was of better quality and met the standards. Even soda, even chocolate.



In modern times, you can order pizza at home. They'll bring it to you. In the kitchen there is an oven with bells and whistles, an electric vegetable cutter, a bunch of seasonings bought in the store for nothing. Anyway, whatever you need. Make everyone lazy. In the last couple of years, young people do not even want to go shopping. All the same delivery will bring all the necessary products. Why walk? There's a TV show or social media at home.

So it's also affected the relationship between people. How can a friendship be strong if you communicate with a person mostly by phone? Nothing that brings people together will happen. And relationships? You open your laptop and it’s all in your hand! You can compliment one girl, copy and immediately send the same words to another! Don't forget to change your name.



And before, couples went through all the hardships of life together, hand in hand. And getting closer. And their union was stronger. Raising your children was based on your own experience, not advice from the Internet. Who will grow up with this attitude?
