He admits that he himself often get tired of the computer. That is why he daily does 5 simple massage techniques that relieve tension and fatigue.

Before you start a massage, make sure your hands are clean, your nails are short, and your skin is whole and healthy. This massage is acupressure, because all exercises will be based on the impact on the necessary points of our body.

How to Help Tired Eyes
  1. First exercise
To perform the first exercise with your thumbs, slightly press the points located 3 mm down from the edge of the eye. These are symmetrical points on the nose.

Start pressing very carefully, gradually increasing the pressure slightly. Make circular movements first clockwise and then against it. The duration of the exercise is 10 seconds.

  2. Second exercise.
Place your thumbs on symmetrical points that are 3 cm from the eyebrows towards the temples. With bent phalanges of the index fingers, massage the lower edge of the eye socket for 10 seconds.

After performing this exercise, lightly rub the points on the temples where there were thumbs.

  3. Third exercise.
Place your index fingers on symmetrical points 2 cm below your eyes. For 10 seconds, press them and massage them easily.

  4. Fourth exercise.
For this exercise, find points on the back of the head that are at the junction of the hairline and neck muscles. Rub these points for 10 seconds.

  5. Fifth exercise.
To perform this exercise, put four fingers of each hand (except the big one) together and place your palms on your nose. Make circular movements from nose to eyebrows, down to cheeks and back to nose. This massage is a bit like washing. Make about 10 such movements, each time slightly increasing the pressure.

Alexander recommends doing this gymnastics twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, in order to keep your eyes in good shape.

Try these simple exercises on a regular basis and watch for improvements!
