Goats and nuts This is a familiar Caucasian delicacy from childhood, which is so firmly established in our diet that it has long been considered its own.





Homemade goats contain affordable and simple products, and it is not difficult to prepare a dessert from honey, nuts, seeds or sesame at all, and a child will cope.





Crunchy sweetness will appeal to children and will remind the childhood years of parents, being a natural alternative stuffed with food additives purchased sweets.

Homemade Kozinaki Ingredients
  • 500g peanuts (seeds)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water


Preparation
  1. Heat the dry pan on the fire.
  2. Pour peeled sunflower seeds into the pan, lightly roast. The same procedure should be done with peanuts if you choose it as a filling.


  3. Put the seeds or nuts in a bowl. Mix in a pan honey, sugar sand, lemon juice and water.


  4. Constantly stirring, bring the mass to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes on a small heat to darken the mixture.
  5. Turn off the fire, send in the mixture of fried nuts (seeds). Stir thoroughly.


  6. Put the resulting mass on a pan covered with paper. Level the roller moistened in water into a sheet 1 centimeter thick.


  7. Let the goats cool down a little and cut into pieces of the right size.
