The ingredients
- 250g dry jelly
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 10g baking powder
- 400g sour cream
- 100g powdered sugar
Preparation
- Tear the jelly briquette well and add sifted flour, baking powder and eggs to it. Stir everything well with a wreath or a silicone spatula.
- When the mass is mixed to homogeneity, heat the oven to 180 degrees, and the dough is poured into a baking mold with a diameter of 22 cm. To make the cake easier to get after baking, cover the shape with parchment for baking and lubricate the bottom and edges of the form with butter or vegetable oil.
- To make the cake even, put the shape on the working surface and slightly shake to the sides. It is better not to level with a shoulder blade, since the baking powder instantly reacts after stirring and the cakes may not rise.
- Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick, take it out of the form and leave it to cool on a board or wide plate upside down.
- When the cake cools, cut it in half. Prepare the cream: mix fatty sour cream and powdered sugar.
- Grease cream cakes in the middle, on top and on the sides. The cake can be decorated with almond flakes or coconut shavings. Insist such a handsome person needs 6-8 hours in the refrigerator to get well soaked.
