Homemade sand cookies on margarine Ingredients
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- 200g margarine
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.3 tsp soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- jam
Preparation
- Blow the protein to foam, rub the yolk with sugar.
- Add melted margarine, sour cream, soda (quenched in vinegar).
- Gradually adding flour, mix everything thoroughly to the consistency of sour cream.
- Fill one of the mold tiles with a 0.75 volume dough. Like when you make waffles.
- In the middle you can put a small amount of berry jam, raisins, nuts, etc.
- Close the form and bake on moderate heat until ready.
