Carrot and cheese cake Ingredients
- 4 carrots (550g)
- 150g orange juice
- 1 tsp orange peel
- 1 chip salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 25g gelatin
- 300g cottage cheese
- 100g sour cream 20%
- 30g poppy
- 5 cap vanilla essence
Preparation
- Take 2 glasses and put gelatin in them. 10 and 15 g respectively. Add water to the gelatin. To 10 g add 50 g of water, and to 15 g add 100 g of water. Stir it. Pour 30g of poppy with boiling water. Orange peel also pour a small amount of boiling water. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- Peel and boil the carrots. Now load it up in a blender and make it puree. Soldi crushed carrots, add a spoonful of honey and orange peel, from which the excess liquid was removed. At the end, pour the carrots with freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir it thoroughly with a spoon.

Melt both glasses of gelatin in the microwave. 15 g of gelatin add to the carrot layer, and 10 g, respectively, to the cottage cheese. Lay out alternately 3 tbsp. l. cottage cheese mass and then carrot. Until the curd mass runs out. It is important not to mix these layers and use different spoons. Smear the remains of carrot mass on the surface of the cake. Send the dessert to the refrigerator overnight. Then you can enjoy its taste and view to the maximum.
