Eggplant cake Ingredients
  • 6 eggplant
  • 7 tomatoes
  • 3 melted cheese
  • fluff
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200g mayonnaise
  • salt

  • 50ml vegetable oil


Preparation
  1. First of all, you need to thoroughly wash the eggplant, clean the skin, and then cut them into circles. After that, put the eggplant on the plate, salt and leave them to stand for 10-15 minutes. This should be done to remove unnecessary bitterness from our main ingredient. After the necessary time, wet the eggplant mugs with paper towels to remove excess juice and then pour them with vegetable oil and pepper.





  2. Next, heat the oven to 180 degrees and lay out the eggplant on the bowl. In the heated oven, we cook eggplants for 30-35 minutes, and then we take out and completely cool them.



  3. While the eggplant will cool, you can prepare the remaining ingredients. Tomatoes are well washed under running water, and then cut into thin slices. Garlic is cleaned of husks, passed through the press and mixed with mayonnaise in a separate bowl. After that, grind the melted cheeses on a small grater, and grind the greens.





  4. Finally, we move on to making the cake. For convenience, it is better to use a ring from the form for baking cake cakes, however, skilled housewives can easily cope without it. So, the first layer lay out eggplant, then a little mayonnaise and greens, then slices of tomato and at the very end sprinkle everything with some melted cheese.





  5. Then repeat all the layers, decorate the cake as you please and send it to the fridge for at least half an hour. During this time, it will be well soaked in gas stations and will be a hundred times more delicious than at the time of its preparation.
