Buckwheat is the leader among cereals in nutritional value and protein content. Therefore, it should be used by those who do not eat enough meat and fish. And buckwheat in Polish is a way to make a useful product unusual, hearty and, most importantly, very tasty.

Buckwheat in Polish Ingredients
  • 300g buckwheat
  • 600 ml of water
  • 300g champignon
  • 300g sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • a piece of hard cheese (optional)


Preparation

  2. Before ready, add a piece of butter so that the porridge acquires a pronounced creamy taste and aroma.


  3. Cut the onions and mushrooms finely.
  4. In a frying pan with butter, roast the onions to transparency, and then add the mushrooms to the same. Fry onions with mushrooms for about 15 minutes, not forgetting to salt and pepper to taste.


  5. In a separate container, beat a raw egg with sour cream, salty and peppery to taste.


  6. Oil the baking mold.
  7. Put some buckwheat out.
  8. The second layer put onions with mushrooms.


  9. Fall asleep with buckwheat and pour a mixture of eggs and sour cream on top, trying to evenly distribute it throughout the area.


  10. If you want, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  11. For 15-20 minutes, send to the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
