Carrot casserole Ingredients
- 220g carrots
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 30g mankie
- 1 egg white
- 20g flour
- 35g butter

Preparation
- Clean the carrots of the peel and cut into small pieces.
- The carrots should be soft. Pour it with milk and cook on an average heat for about 20 minutes.
- Let it cool and bring a blender or meat grinder to a uniform consistency.
- Add to the carrot puree flour, sugar, manca, egg and soft butter. Mix it with a blender again.
- In a separate bowl beat egg white with salt.
- Carefully, in small parts pour the protein mixture into the carrot puree and stir.
- Prepare a few small moulds for baking. Lubricate them with oil, sprinkle with seclosure and lay out the carrot mixture, leaving some free space.
- Send the molds to the oven, heated to 180 degrees.
- When the carrot casserole turns brown (it took me 20 minutes), turn off the stove and let the dessert cool.
- You can serve orange soufflé directly in molds. If you wish, decorate it with berries or pieces of fruit.
