Why a woman can love a cat more than a baby

Hard to believe, but loveless It may not be just for poor parents. Or rather, parents can be very successful people with a good career and a positive outlook on life. But with children, they do not always have an adequate mental connection, rather an attitude as a kind of burden.



Why does that happen? The reasons can be very different: upbringing; the desire to settle down in life and build a career without being distracted by something else; too strong love for your partner and unwillingness to spend it on someone else. Is that good or bad? We don't judge. But sometimes there are very curious cases, past which it is simply impossible to pass.

Having a child is my biggest problem today. My name is Victoria, I'm 23 years old. Someone will say that the age is still early enough for such a responsible event, and I will gladly shake hands with this person. The thing is, I don't like kids at all.

When I was 20, I married Sasha. Alexander in his 26 years already had an apartment and a car, and a new foreign car, and all because he was engaged in his favorite (and very profitable) business. Now no one is surprised by a rich IT specialist, but then he stood out in our city, as the profession was not so widely known among the local population.

To be honest, we got married more because of his desires. I was fine with that. But you understand: an adventure, leaving the parental home to a man who earns more than mom and dad several times; and even who really loves you and is quite good himself. What's the wait?



In order not to sit at home, I decided to get a job in addition to studying. Sasha was vehemently opposed to low-paying options like a cashier or a waitress and lent me money to try to get into the business. And you know, somehow it happened that he shot.



I invested in flowers, paid people to sell them, and it went. At first they were ordinary grandmothers who traded greens and small things. Then we rented a couple of shells in the market, and turnover increased. I paid a debt to Sasha, moved to the correspondence department at the university and became, as it is now fashionable to say, a “business woman”.

After 2 years, when my husband and I were financially independent, he suddenly wanted a baby. It’s like, ‘Why not, let’s have a little one because people are adults.’ Financially, and our union will only strengthen it. You love your cats more than you love me.



I must say that my favorite cats came to us straight from the house where my parents live. I am very attached to them and pamper them as much as I can. Well, that's my hobby. And I don't want a baby because it's going to make my business go down, I'm going to be a fat housewife, and I'm going to get stuck in a routine.



I was trying to understand these young moms why they're running around with these little bald men in strollers. They all look the same! It's your baby. We tea are not kings of any kind to worry about the heirs. What's the rush?

Now, attention, the most interesting thing. I recently found out that I am 10 weeks pregnant. I don’t smoke, but I can have a glass of wine every two weeks. No bigotry.

And now I have a choice: either to get rid of the child (I do not even know his gender, for me it is a completely stranger), or from my former life. To be honest, "Site"I already did. I hate this kid.. Now everything suits me: I am young, attractive and even successful. I know people from my city who bite their elbows and are jealous, without even hiding it.



So why should I lose such a successful way of life for a creature if I do not love it and do not want to give birth? Sasha, if he finds out, of course, will demand to keep the child. But I don't like that. On the other hand, I also understand that this is selfish, because my husband is with me, among other things, because he wants children. I'm desperate and just don't know what to do. Help me with some advice, please.
