Preparing such a snack will not take much time. And thanks to the relatively low calorie chicken and fur coat from Adyghe cheese, it turns out to be light and will not harm your figure.

The recipe for baked meat Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200g Adyghe cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream (can be replaced with yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley


Preparation
  1. Cut in small pieces of chicken fillets.
  2. Cut, salt and pepper pieces on both sides.


  3. Cut the tomatoes with thin plates. Grate Adyghe cheese, grind the greens.


  4. Mix sour cream (yogurt) with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.


  5. Mix the grated cheese with the greens.
  6. Place the fillet pieces on a baking pan covered with baking paper.


  7. On top of the chicken lay plates of tomatoes, fields with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.


  8. Send the batter with pieces of meat into the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes.
  9. Decorate the dish with leftover greens and serve it on the table.
