Liver pie ingredients
- 0.6 kg chicken liver
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 1.5 tbsp flour
- 75g vegetable oil
- 2-3 bulbs
- 2-3 carrots
- 700g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 0.5 tsp salt
Preparation
- Wash the chicken liver and grind it in a blender or a meat grinder.
- To the resulting mince, add eggs, milk and flour. In addition, pour vegetable oil and a sprinkle of salt. Stir it to a homogeneous mass.
- Heat a small wide pan and gently pour a liquid liver dough with a spoon, forming pancakes from them during cooking. By the way, oil the pan only once: before the first pancake. There is no need to add it further.
- Grate the carrots and cut the onions with thin half rings. All this good roast in a pan to a golden color.
- Form a treat: take a pancake, grease it with mayonnaise, and apply roasted vegetables on top with a thin layer. Say it again.
- Form a beautiful cake by putting lubricated pancakes on each other. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and greens. This will give freshness to the taste of the dish and decorate it. Done!
