Very soonItaly can become the first Western country where women provide paid leave for time critical days. Now the Italian Parliament is actively discussing a bill that requires companies to give three extra days of vacation every month women who experience pain during critical days.

Critics of the bill are concerned that once adopted, the employers may be more willing to hire men. However, supporters believe that this decision will help create a more comfortable atmosphere for both employees and their superiors, and will be a new stage in the development of society.

A similar law on the granting of leave for women suffering from severe pain, has already been adopted in Japan and South Korea. The debate on this subject not subside until now.
