How to cook tiramisu home slovakhungarian
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 6 pieces Savoiardi (or sponge)
- 200 g canned or frozen cherries (raspberries, strawberries)
- 200 ml of coffee
- 500 g milk chocolate
- hand mixer
- 2 plastic bottles

Cooking
- If the price of mascarpone cheese makes you uncomfortable, then make it analog. Take 150-200 grams of fatty cheese, 50 ml cream, 2 eggs, 50 g of powdered sugar. First, separately whip the cheese, then the egg yolks and half of the powdered sugar, then the whites and the other half of the powder and finally the cream. All the ingredients you need then mix in the creamy homogeneous mass.
- Separate the yolks from the whites and put them with the mascarpone and sugar. All mix it well.
- Now whip the egg whites in a blender with cream.
- Mix two of the resulting mass, and the cream is ready.
- Now well rinse plastic bottles and wipe the narrow part to get something like glasses. Cut them in half.
- Now put the two halves of the bottle to get the shape like in the picture.
- Fill in the form of half cooked cream. Just don't eat it while doing it.
- Now put the berries in the middle.
- Wet the biscuits in coffee and lay on top of the berries.
