The production of caviar in France

Company “Sturgeon” — a leading French producer of caviar, it is located in Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge. The company runs a complete production cycle: from cultivation of the sturgeon, to the packaging of caviar in the jar. Photographer Regis Duvignau visited the company and made a series of pictures of the process of caviar preparation.
