A simple technique Haruki Nakamura to relieve tension in the neck muscles and improve blood circulation
Squeeze the fingers to make loose fists. Using the flat Palmar side of the kulaks, postukivanie in the region of the skull base, as in figure 1. Continue to tap lightly (this is called vibration) down the muscles that run along the sides of the cervical spine. Do this a few times. The goal is to relieve tension in the neck muscles and improve blood circulation.
Now put your fingertips on the top of the head, and bend your thumbs, placing them under the base of the skull around the ears (figure 2). Apply pressure inward and upward under the base of the skull with your thumbs, mentally directing the flow of Ki to your forehead. Tilt your head slightly back.
Achieve a sharp, piercing sensation, and stay in each place for about 30 seconds, moving toward the spine. (Do not apply pressure to the spine in all methods Hitori Ryoho.) You can use this technique to relieve or prevent headaches.
Finally, fold along fingers (all but large) of both hands and tap the point where the tip of the spine and the base of the skull (figure 3). Look for a depression in this place.
Then slightly tilt your head and neck back, drawing on fingers, push inwards and mentally projecting the flow of Ki from the tips of your fingers which move parallel to the floor (angle up). It stimulates the base of the brain and can help relieve a headache. published
