New Hotel Typlogy – futuristic hotel project of a new type Bashny.Net

To participate in the competition under the symbolic name Heart of the District Competition Entry specialists from the German architectural Studio ZA Architects presented the project Typlogy New Hotel offering effective integration into the urban fabric of the hotels of a new type.









Multipurpose hotel is fixed between two opposite houses and occupies the space above a city street, not pretending to the free territory on earth. The scope of the institution covers a number of public programs, creating a vibrant atmosphere that encourages interaction between local residents and visitors of the hotel.





Flows of people and all utilities, including playgrounds, shops, showrooms, bars, cinemas, etc., passes through the heart of the building. The main features for the visitors of the future hotel is expected to make free.
