The term "parkour" comes from French military terminology, the phrase "parcours du combattant", which translates as "obstacle course", and parkourists called traceurs (those who are paving the way). Parkour is composed of elements of rock climbing, athletics and acrobatics. To execute any element of parkour. you must have excellent physical training.

The emergence of parkour happened in France in the twentieth century. In those days it was a workout on the obstacle course at the French military and firefighters.

The founder of parkour is David Belle, who was born in the suburbs of Paris in 1973. Father and grandfather of David was clever fire. In 15 years David has assembled a team of people with the same ideology.
