1) Parkour, or "art of movement" involves moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible to overcome obstacles using only the capabilities of the human body.

2) Main practice consists in completing the movement, increase of strength, flexibility, and coordination.

3) Parkour is important to gradually develop the ability through the detailed specification as tracer goes deep into their tangled traffic coming to the unconscious mastery of their skills. In order to achieve "breakthrough" in the development of necessary nauchitya smoothly connect their abilities to the whole dynamic instinctive movement on any terrain.

4) Tracer tends always to be able to move at any time, in any plane ... smoothly and efficiently.

5) Silent training and light contact with the surface - the main task of Parkour. During the training necessary to achieve silence, unnoticed, passing a thorny path.

6) Parkour more awareness and mental discipline.

7) Once the fear of the obstacles will be overcome, Parkour will force you to make an incredible action, but they do not seem unrealistic - traffic will be quite easy.

8) Parkour - is a holistic discipline that provides a new path for themselves and the environment, allows you to see the possibilities and give a realistic assessment of its potential.

9) We use the enormous potential we all have the innate ability to move "with superhuman attributes." The truth is that there is nothing supernatural in action - there are no secrets. Diligent, deliberate practice and training focused realize our potential. When you walk along the paths of parkour, then you get on the road of self-improvement, which has no limit.
