Scientists have explained why the office pulls on a dream

The health of the brain depends on the light in the room, which is the employee. Even in the daytime the brain perceives artificial lighting as the evening. This was reported by one of the medical portals.

Specialists from the Federal Polytechnic school of Lausanne conducted experiments with the participation of 30 young people. With the help of special devices, the experimenters recorded the activity of volunteers and the level of lighting. In one case, they were in the room with a natural dose of sunshine and the other with lighting from the lamps. Volunteers were tested and evaluated their level of cheerfulness.

Experiments have shown that a sense of vitality depends on the amount of lighting in the room. The lack of lighting sends a command to the brain to prepare for sleep.
