Unusual and refreshing banana dessert
To cook a delicious banana dessert you will need (recipe makes eight servings):
5 ripe bananas
Finely grated zest of 1 orange, plus juice
4 tsp liquid natural honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
300 ml skim milk
250g fat-free natural yoghurt
Dark chocolate (70% cocoa), grated
In an ovenproof dish place the peeled bananas, sprinkle them with the juice of half an orange, sprinkle two tablespoons of liquid honey and showered with half-teaspoon of cinnamon. In preheated 170 degree oven to place the dish with the bananas and fry them until soft and Golden brown for 20 minutes.
Then place the bananas along with the juice into the blender, add milk, yogurt, remaining orange juice, a little salt and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix all until smooth, and then, with the aid of ice cream, to make ice cream. If ice cream is not, then you can leave the mixture in the freezer for three hours, every hour, taking out and whisking (so as not to have formed water).
