Sauce blueberry bread and mint(10 servings)
What you need:

Put a frying pan on medium heat; when the pan heats up, put the oil, immediately sprinkle with sugar. Once the butter has melted, add the bread. Cook gently stirring until bread is covered from all sides with caramel. Add the blueberries and continue to cook until the berries will not give juice. Stir and remove from heat.
