In Kaliningrad have learned from the wastes to make biofuel and construction materials
A group of scientists from Kaliningrad patented a unique technology for the production of building materials and biofuels from industrial waste. Patent certificate issued to the inventors, called "highly Filled composite material", and now the developers, calculating the economic justification of mass application of technology looking for companies that will be willing to take it on Board.
The main raw material in the manufacture of building materials and biofuels by the new technology are biopolymers contained in seaweed, bark and peat. This material in large volumes for various industries in the form of dumps of waste, and, for example, the coke oven plant of Kaliningrad now has about 180 tons of resins – raw material for hydrocarbons. These resins, applying the technology of processing, can be turned into acohol that all the characteristics will not be inferior to conventional coal.
As for the application development in construction, according to scientists, the ideal of industrial wastes is the manufacture of various cements for sound - and waterproofing of buildings. Especially effective is their application in the construction of baths of logs, and other buildings, operation of which involves high humidity.
For its part, noted that in highly filled composite material the most important see two things:
— it was developed by Russian scientists, and its creation should be taken into account all the realities of not only domestic production, but also dumps on the territory of Russia, which must do the raw materials for the industrial application of the recycling technology;
— obtaining a patent certificate indicates that the development is not a concept, and ready for practical use, and, on this basis, near the hour when the first enterprise operating on it. This means that the Russian industry will receive the next innovation, which confirms its modernity, and a willingness to keep up with global production.
