Eco-friendly house with a facade of Corten steel

The residential building, built by Toronto-based Superkül, serves as an additional dwelling next to the main two-story building, on a site part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Finishing the facade is made with Corten steel and Ipe wood, which has proven itself as a durable and practical material. Installed in the house geothermal heat pumps, “warm floors”, motorized skylights for passive cooling, as well as other technologies and systems that increase energy efficiency, provide a high level of energy saving and environmental friendliness.
