State of the Future - GOELRO Plan
I recommend an interesting book, which is called one of the bases for the GOELRO plan. The book is about the organization of agriculture and the social structure.
This book is a translation from German. Kautsky wrote the foreword to the book.
Why would such a book influence the GOELRO plan? It wasn’t an electrification plan, it was a social restructuring plan that needed energy. The horse should not be behind the cart. People are not for energy, but for people.

Ballod (Ballodis) made an attempt to show the transformation of capitalist Germany from its then state into socialist society by peaceful means and to describe the essence of socialism.
