I recommend an interesting book, which is called one of the bases for the GOELRO plan. The book is about the organization of agriculture and the social structure.

This book is a translation from German. Kautsky wrote the foreword to the book.

In this book Professor K. Ballod (Ballodis) made an attempt to show the transformation of capitalist Germany from its then state into socialist society by peaceful means and to describe the essence of socialism.
