Energy-Positive House in North Vancouver

This North Vancouver apartment building, designed by Kerschbaumer Design, produces more energy than it consumes. Thanks to many innovative solutions, the project has been certified by several environmental ratings: LEED Platinum, R-2000 and Built Green Canada Platinum. In addition to energy efficiency systems, the house is equipped with a sewage treatment mechanism. In addition, it was built from environmentally friendly materials of local production.
