Day 3

Breakfast – cottage cheese salad with honey and carrots

Salad recipe: 100 g cheese, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp any nuts, 1 tsp. honey

Carrots to grate on cucumbers, add cheese, nuts, honey and stir

Lunch – soup with spinach and celery

1 celery root, 1 bunch of celery, 1 bunch of spinach and sorrel (you can take frozen), 1 stalk of leek, 2-3 hard-boiled eggs, 1 red bell pepper, 2 l vegetable broth, 1 tsp. vegetable oil

The white part of the leeks cut into half rings and lightly fry in a deep skillet in vegetable oil. Add the chopped root, celery and pepper. Pour in the stock and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add chopped spinach and sorrel, bring to a boil and cook less than a minute. Pour into soup bowls and add the chopped eggs

Dinner – handful of boiled shrimp, 50 g of soft cheese with 1 tsp. honey





Day 4

Breakfast – salad with oatmeal

Salad recipe: 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 2 apples, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sesame seeds

Cereal soak in cold water for 15 minutes, drain the water. Add diced Apple, raisins, sesame seeds and season with honey

Lunch – steamed fish with green vegetables (cucumbers, spinach, lettuce, green beans, any greens)

Dinner – cabbage salad with honey

Salad recipe: 150 g cabbage, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a quarter of celery root, 2 tsp honey, herbs to taste, a pinch of salt





Cabbage finely chopped, salt. Celery root grate, mix with cabbage. Lemon juice, combine with honey, season the salad and add chopped greens

Day 5Завтрак – pumpkin salad with honey

Dinner – cabbage salad with beets





Salad recipe: 100 g white cabbage, 1 small raw beet, 1 Apple, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, herbs – to taste
