1. Drink water every day, your body asks for 30 grams of water for every 1 kg of your weight. That’s about 3% of your weight.
For example: if your weight is 70 kg, then you need 70 * 30 = 2100 grams of water daily, that is, 2100 / 200 = 10.5 glasses of water. It's your daily routine!
2. Resolve the salt every day!
Salt helps to retain water in the intercellular space of the body. Salt improves the secretory activity of the stomach and, through the activation of gastric pepsins, helps to rejuvenate the body. Any energy processes in the body occur in the aquatic environment. The salinity of intercellular water is the same as sea water.
Eat sea salt (it contains about 80 minerals your body needs) 1/4 teaspoon (about 1 gram) for every 1 liter of water you drink. After drinking the volume of water should take on (under) the tongue a grain (a pinch) of sea salt and dissolve in the mouth. It is allowed to drink before eating slightly salted water.
3. Exclude beverages and foods that lead your body to dehydration – this is coffee (caffeine), alcohol, black tea, GAZED drinks and sugar.
For example, it is known that 100 grams of tea drunk leads to the release of 130 grams of urine.
