Whenever you look at these braided glass sculpture, which was created by artist Carol Milne from Australia, thinking about how it was done! Glass, at a temperature of its melting point, it is technically not possible to spin such yarn. How? The answer lies in a technique invented by Milne: the Model is made of wax she puts in a refractory mold.
