Yoga: A Simple Breathing Exercise for the Heart

Technique of execution.
Lie down on your back, relax. Hands to the sides, feet together. There is no tension, total calm.
Taking a breath, slowly raise the left hand, transfer it behind the head and place it on the floor with the back side. All this is done on an inhalation, the end of which coincides with the touch of the floor. Raising the hand, you need to simultaneously pull forward the heel of the left leg, without tearing it from the floor.
In this position, stay 1-2 seconds, and then with exhalation, return the hand and heel to the original position. Let's relax.
Do the same for the right hand and foot, and then for both hands and feet.
There's only one cycle.
Note.When the hands are raised, the inhalation does not begin immediately, but a little later. It is important to monitor the end of the breath, which should coincide with the touch of the floor.
