Floating Villa with underwater bedroom
Asian firm presented a unique and luxurious vacation spot for the rich: a floating Villa that can go anywhere. Its main highlight: the cylindrical underwater bedrooms with glass walls.
Villa, or as it is called by the developers – module, called "SeaScape" ("seascape"). It can exist independently, having a supply of water and energy, or as part of a large integrated complex. Simple floating apartment has a surface of 65 square meters but can be expanded to 167 sq m, adding to a Villa different options: swimming pool, sun terrace and pontoons for extra space.
In the center module located underwater acrylic cylindrical room with a diameter of 4 m, which gives a 360-degree view of the underwater world. The Villa is easy to transport, it can be installed in any body of water where there is enough space and depth. However, it is better to install it in quiet coastal waters. Made the module from the marine grades of aluminum and fiberglass.
The authors of the concept firm BMT Asia Pacific, is hoping to bring the idea to life. Because the SeaScape is still relatively and environmentally friendly housing, however, mainly due to the distance from the coast. The producer has left an opportunity for potential buyers to establish the Villa solar panels that will provide more energy.
P. S. And remember, just changing your mind — together we change the world! ©
