Choose a time and place where nobody will distract you for 5 minutes
Touch the tip of the tongue to the sky and all the attention focus on the point located 2 cm below the navel (point x)
Remember all your bad thoughts and feelings, to slow the breath, feel how they are accumulated in the point H.
Breath delay for 10 seconds (hoard!)
As you exhale, imagine the flames of the fire at the point hee as in it burns the negativity.
