Pancakes with cheese, mushrooms and peppers
This is an incredibly delicious pancakes! For the filling you can use not salty, and fresh mushrooms, then just fry them until cooked with onions.

Ingredients
For the dough:
Eggs will beat into a soft mousse with the flour, slowly pouring in the milk. At the end add sugar and salt, vegetable oil. Get liquid, homogeneous dough without lumps. Bake pancakes on a dry, thoroughly a hot pan.
In each pancake put a little grated cheese, sliced mushrooms and pepper. Turn the pancakes on the envelopes spread on a greased baking sheet and put into preheated oven for 5 minutes.published
