Georgian appetizer of spinach: very simple and incredibly delicious!

Today, prepare an interesting snack from the garden spinach. The recipe gave a close friend who is a fan of Georgian cuisine. Thank you!


Ingredients:

Spinach – a big bowl;

Walnuts – a handful;

Cilantro – 1 bunch;

Khmeli-suneli (spice) – 2-3 tsp;

Wine vinegar – 1-2 tbsp

Spinach well rinsed, scalded with boiling water (or boil for 2-3 minutes), drain the water.

Put all ingredients in blender, chop.

From the resulting mass to form balls, place on a plate (or just the whole lot in a bowl), put into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

To serve lunch on a thin crispy crackers. Very tasty! published
