Marinated salmon with Oriental

Red fish and delicious smoked and salted. But this dish, which is a Norwegian chef Sven Erik Renaa, still very tasty.

Marinated salmon or trout can be served in small glasses for appetizer, and the fried pieces of bread, better if it was Riga or Borodino.





NEED:
  • 400 g fillet of salmon or trout without skin and bones
  • 150 g of water
  • 100 ml of grape or Apple cider vinegar (fortress of no more than 7%)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 stars of star anise
  • 6 buds of clove
  • 6 peas allspice
  • 10 peas of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 heads of shallots or 1 small onion
 HOW TO COOK:1. Marinade with spices and bring to the boil and allow to cool.

2. Fish cut into small cubes of 1.5×1.5 cm, pour the marinade, add the ginger and sliced onion half rings. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.published
