But the important thing is that in the old Testament, and in the Sumerian "kings list" refers to the same well-recognizable episodes in the development of human civilization. That's what makes the findings of Hilprecht and his followers as significant for mankind.

In conclusion, I want to emphasize this. Scientists still disagree on whether the Sumerian lists are an accurate reflection of historical events or is it still a mixture of legends and real history.
