Pie with pumpkin, brie cheese, spinach and nuts

A delicious cake flavored with honey dressing.

NEED:

  • Pumpkin – 220 g
  • Shortbread dough – 700 g
  • Frozen spinach – 150 g
  • Brie cheese – 250 g
  • Pine nuts – 5 g
  • For the filling:
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander – 10 g
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
 

HOW TO COOK:

1. Pumpkin peel and cut into thin strips.

2. Shortbread dough to roll out and lay on the bottom of the baking dish. With a fork to make the punctures in several places.
