Violet Constance Jessop had the opportunity to work on three of the most famous ocean liners "Olympic", "Titanic" and "Britannic". Each of them crashed, but violet was still alive.

Doctors predicted the death of Violet in early childhood. Then she contracted tuberculosis, which at the time was dying a large number of people.

But she not only survived but also fully recovered from the terrible disease. She couldn't finish, as due to his father's death and mother's illness, was forced to look for work.

She chose the same profession as her mother took a job as a flight attendant on the courts of the campaign "White Star Line", which made the transatlantic flight.

In the night from 14 to 15 April 1912 the liner collided with an iceberg. The consequences of this disaster soon became known around the world – 2224-man managed to save only 711 years. Among them was Violet, which got in the boat No. 16.

When she sat down in the boat, a man asked her to take care of his child. With a baby in her arms two hours later, the girl boarded the Carpathia, the first to arrive at the scene of the shipwreck.
