Authorities are willing to give priority to Federal subsidies for the development of ecological and rural tourism, folk arts and crafts. Small businesses operating in these areas will be able to receive from the state budget 1.5 to 15 million rubles.





The Ministry of economic development corrected the order, providing rules for the provision of regions in Federal subsidies to support small business. The press service of the Ministry said that the updating of this document was necessary in connection with the changes approved law on state budget for the current year.

In particular, this year the regions will not be able to get the money for the development and support of youth entrepreneurship through economic development. This is the direction given to Federal Agency for youth Affairs, which will deal with information and the provision of grants to beginning businessmen.

At the same time, the Ministry of economic development has expanded the list of small businesses relevant to the priority target group of recipients of state subsidies. The government is ready to support businessmen working in the field of folk-art crafts, craft activities, rural and ecological tourism.

In addition, starting this year, small businesses along with the state services will be able to receive information about state support through the multipurpose centres (MFTS). Work on the improvement and expansion of these centers will be engaged in the Federal Corporation for development of small and medium-sized businesses. She is allowed to spend on retrofitting one window in each of these centers about 800 thousand rubles, and on opening a new window – about 1.5 million rubles. The money will be spent, including the purchase of special equipment for creating electronic queue and separate categories of recipients of services – "business entity".

We will remind, according to the current legislation, regions have the right to apply for subsidies from the Federal budget to support small and medium-sized businesses. Participating in the selection of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The subsidy limit is calculated based on the population of the region and the effectiveness of its work with small and medium-sized businesses.

The Federal money, local authorities can support priority areas of business (production modernization, innovation infrastructure, Advisory activities), as well as certain categories of recipients. First, the Executive power of the subject of assists:

• businessmen under the age of 35 years with children;
• was unemployed, decided to start a business;
• workers under threat of mass dismissal;
• servicemen transferred to the reserve;
• the subjects of social entrepreneurship (performing socially oriented activities).

 

Depending on the purpose, which will cost money, it varies and the maximum size of the grant. In particular, if the entrepreneur requests the funds for repayment of interest on loans or the purchase of new equipment, from the state Treasury, he will receive no more than 15 million rubles. The same amount can provide for the approval of applications for repayment of payments under contracts of lease, or when the intention to open pre-school educational center. At the same time, the establishment of a centre for children the authorities are ready to compensate to the businessman the cost of an amount not exceeding 1.5 million rubles.

According to official data, in the current year from the Federal budget to subjects of small and average business will provide 10.2 billion rubles. Another 1.66 billion is planned for co-financing of objects of capital construction. The first application of Ministry of economic development will take in the first quarter of 2016. published
