Dreams: What they can tell you
A lot of information on the Internet has accumulated on working with dreams, do not read again. An experienced dreamer, of course, will calmly decompose all such a “vinegret” on the shelves, he will understand what he needs and how to correctly apply what he read in practice, and what you can score. My article is more for beginners. Here I tried to summarize some of the knowledge and experience I gained, to lay out everything for YOU on shelves so that order was established in my head and there was an understanding of what dreams are, how to work with them and decipher them.
To begin with, everyone dreams.
If you know that you do not see dreams, it seems so! Believe me, I've been checked on the case more than once. You are probably too tired in life, you have too busy daily routine and, certainly, you do not pay attention to your night life!
This is how life works: attention is energy. Where we direct it, what we concentrate on, is what “appears” in real life. Therefore, it is enough just to devote some time during the day and before going to bed to the thoughts that you are dreaming, they are dreaming to you and you should remember them. As if by magic, after a while blurry pictures will begin to appear, first short and faded, and then longer and richer. Wake up after sleep is careful and slow.
The dreams of the ordinary man are mostly and mainly the astral plane.
If we turn to the theory of the astral plane, it says that it is inhabited by bad lower beings who are very fond of imbued with human emotions: fear, hatred, various experiences, and so on. Therefore, they often “play” with us in dreams in order to push the dreamer to react in dreams. That's first.
Secondly, such dreams-games should not be deciphered, they are not useful in anything and do not carry anything in themselves, whatever you dreamed of: the appearance of Christ, the death of a loved one, unusually iconic phrases uttered by someone from a dream.
How do you recognize these games?
The easiest thing here is to subject each dream to a cold analysis and not to be afraid / rejoiced / upset if something “catch” emotionally in your dream. With experience, you will come to understand what kind of dream you dreamed, which means whether it is worth paying attention to or not.
Let me give you an example: once I dreamed of God in a rather vivid context of a dream and told me unusual phrases that could be quite mistaken for prophetic. Since I was able to control such vivid dreams, I accordingly began to ask him my questions, to which I eventually received completely idiotic answers. And when I searched the Internet for the information he “gave me,” it turned out to be nonsense.
What do I mean?
In all dream books and many interpreters, the coming of God is interpreted as something super-important and global, and that such dreams should be treated carefully. Nothing like that.
Because:
1) God does not come to ordinary mortals in a dream. Even angels aren't always there. I’m not going to explain why, that’s a topic for another article. Please take my word for it.
2) Whatever you dream about, be very careful. This is why the Bible says, for example, that dreams are from the evil one, and monks generally try to shorten their sleep time so as not to fall into “illusions.”
If you have reached the ability to control dreams, then being in a dream, seeing something that catches you even in a dream, ask this “miracle” to cross yourself or cross it yourself. If it has disappeared or assumed its original form, then it is clear what it was. If not, then the phenomenon can be believed.
If you are an atheist, use any other form of protection before bedtime or during sleep.
Scenes in dreams.
The general picture of the dream: saturation, chromaticity, plot, character (predominance of certain symbols or moods) and so on strongly depends on: the phase of the moon, your zodiac sign, your temperament and dominant character traits, as well as on what is imbalanced in you or your life.
For example, rams and scorpions tend to dream with a predominance of violence, blood, and conflict. Also, if the liver functions in the body are imbalanced (the liver is responsible for anger), then in this case the person will see similar dreams. If he is also quite tough in nature (and even has a special love for horror films), then as compensation for the inability to show maximum aggression in real life, his subconscious will try to compensate for all this in dreams.
Lions, by virtue of their sunny royal character, see very bright, royally glamorous dreams, which in fact do not carry anything special in themselves and denote ordinary everyday situations from their lives.
If a person has an imbalance in life: he is cowardly and constantly gives way to troubles or he feels insecure in public, then he will have dreams characteristic of his state (with repeated plots and symbols).
What do I mean?
Always pay attention to the overall picture of your dream. For you it will be absolutely certain, sharpened strictly for you! When you understand what it is, it will help you in choosing an approach to interpreting dreams.
Dreamers.
I really want to pay special attention to dream books, which are given undeservedly great importance in society.
Just woke up, immediately running to the dream, interpreting a dream is the biggest stupidity, which is worth getting rid of. Why? Let me explain.
Dreams are a reflection of your world and yourself in the truest sense of the word.. Your subconscious mind communicates with you in a similar way in its irrational form of storytelling, using symbols that by default you have already given definitions in real life.
In addition, as it turned out, astral entities play with us through dreams, the general picture of sleep is also important, and even in a dream we live no less useful life than outside of sleep due to the fact that our subconscious mind does not sleep and conducts its work useful for us and our body through dreams-compensations, dreams-signs, prophetic dreams.
So how can a dream book decide for you what it was: compensation, a game, a sign, a prophetic dream? How can he decide for you that a particular symbol has a particular meaning?
Definitions from a dream book are made either too general, or they are written by a person using his experience of dreams and associations. All this is not connected with you in any way, although there is a possibility that you will be satisfied with its associations.
Therefore, since dreams reflect your world and talk to you in your language, then get acquainted with this language. Through associations. It's very simple. What do you associate with a particular dream symbol? What emotion does it make? What does it represent?
For example, for one person, a wolf is a predator and a killer, personifies danger, causes fear. For another person, a wolf is a beautiful, strong beast, except for authority and power, no more emotions.
Mother for one person is associated with love and care, and for another - with rudeness, cold and generally this person can see her from childhood little and at the word "mother" he will rather rise pain and feel emptiness inside, as if the lack of something. Now open any dream book and see the interpretation of this symbol. What about being human in the second case? Well, clearly there are differences.
Ideally, make your own dream book by association, as well as notice what you dream and what happens in your life after that, especially if the symbols and phenomena have the property of repeating themselves in your dreams from time to time.
There are, of course, so-called archetype symbols. An archetype, in this case, is a symbol that has quite specific associations in more people. Its meaning has already been deposited in the subconscious of the majority and imprinted on the collective unconscious level.
For example, even a young child knows what the sun is, where it is, and how it brings warmth, light, and joy. Bridge – most people associate with the transition from point A to point B. The image of the hero is associated with victory, strength, professionalism and the like. Thus, if you dreamed of an archetype, then there is no particular point in thinking with an interpretation, since it has a certain meaning.
It is worth knowing that the figures from your dream may well denote elements of your personality or sides of your character ... in general you from all possible sides.
For example, “company” from a dream: you, mother, wolf and hero can be properties of your personality, where you are you, your mother is one of your feminine manifestations in life (tenderness, caring?), wolf – your aggressiveness, for example, hero – your power... here you need to look at the dream canvas, your associations, and the accumulated experience will help you to understand whether to interpret such a dream as described above or consider all the elements of sleep in their original meaning, without reference to your person. published
