How to prepare the perfect brackets

Ingredients

  • 1 hot-smoked mackerel
  • 200g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 200g feta
  • 1 can (400g) of canned white beans
  • 300g strawberries
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 sweet green pepper
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 red sweet bulb
  • 2 parsley twigs
  • 1-2 lemons
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 head of garlic + 2 cloves
  • handful
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 twigs of tarhuna (tarragon)
  • 2 twigs of dill
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • ciabatta, baguette or village bread

  • salt, freshly ground black pepper


How to Prepare

Step 1

Clean the green pepper from seeds and partitions. Cut the pepper, half of the red bulb and tomato into small cubes, chop the parsley. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and leave for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Very finely cut the cucumber or rub on a fine grater. Chop dill and tarhoon. Tear feta with a fork, pepperchit, add greens, cucumber and 2-3 tbsp olive oil.

Step 3

Clean the mackerel of bones and skin, disassemble with a fork into small pieces. Half the red bulb cut into thin half rings and add to the fish. Perchit, pour lemon juice and olive oil. Rub the lemon peel on a fine grater and sprinkle the fish.

Step 4
