Cheese Shell Mini Tacos. Shell Mini Cheese Tacos

Recipe

Ingredients

Corps:
3 cups fresh grated cheddar cheese (or experiment with your favorite cheeses!)

Beef Taco Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped into cubes
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and cut into cubes
1 package Taco
seasoning 1/3 cup of water (if necessary)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F / C 175

Place the cheese in neat piles on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes, until all the individual pieces do not dissolve into one disc. Be careful not to allow too much cheese color. After they all melted, allow to cool for 2 minutes on your baking sheet, then lift them on paper towels to blot excess oil.

To form the shells, put them over the dish propped up. (Or you can use anything in your kitchen, a wide bowl or pan can work too!) Set them aside to cool.

Next, make your filling Taco! We used a fast beef taco filling by browning some ground beef over high heat. Then throw in your onion, garlic, and jalapeno
chat with boiled beef. Sprinkle seasoning tacos your package and add water if you need it for a good filling.

3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 packet of Taco seasoning

Next, make your Taco filling! We used a quick beef taco filling by browning off some ground beef on a high heat. Then throw in your onion, garlic, and jalapeños
right in with the cooked beef. Sprinkle over your taco seasoning packet and add water if you need it for a nice saucy filling.
