A hearty dinner without much effort - baked potatoes with mushrooms.

< Potatoes with mushrooms - this is the perfect dish for dinner after a hard day's work. First - to stand at the stove is not necessary, I threw the form in the oven, and after 40 minutes supper was ready. And secondly, because it is incredibly satisfying and tasty dish!

Potatoes with mushrooms in smetaneIngredienty 4 servings
  • 8 potatoes
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper - to taste





    Preparation
    1. Peel the potatoes and we shall cut it into thin slices.



      Chop the onion and mix it with the flour. Fry the onion in vegetable oil.




      Grind the mushrooms and fry them separately from the bow.




      In a baking dish lay out the potatoes. To this add the mushrooms, onion, spices and sour cream. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.
