For the first time this recipe mentioned in the German cookbook 1879. Over time, a sweet delicacy has become a traditional Canadian dish, in this country it is possible to buy on the street. Funnel Cake (in trans. from English. - Cake "funnel") got its name due to the method of preparation: pour the batter through the funnel in a circular motion.

This dessert has become an integral part of the street celebrations and Carnival with simple ingredients and quick preparation. Moreover, it can be easily prepared at home!

Cake "funnel"



Ingredients
2 tbsp. Milk 2 eggs 2, 5, Art. l. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 0, 5 h. liter. salt 1 h. liter. baking powder vanilla sugar powdered sugar oil paper towels

Preparation In a large bowl pour the milk.



Add 2 eggs into the milk.



The resulting liquid vsyp sugar and vanilla.



Stir until smooth.



Add flour and baking powder. Once again, everything is well mixed.



The resulting batter can be poured through a funnel or any capacity in a thin stream. Frying pan with vegetable oil should be well warmed up.



Fried dough until cake is golden in color. Then put it on paper towels to remove excess fat.



Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. It is also possible to pour the strawberry jam and served with vanilla ice cream.







Crispy golden Korzhik, powdered with like snow, icing sugar, bathing in the strawberry syrup ... Is not a dream ?! Language can already swallow the thought.
