In Lebanon, the festival ended with the fourth Arab advertising MENA Cristal Awards 2009.Eto spin-off "daughter" of the European Festival Meribel, which has now become quite independent and has for four years, presenting the award the best advertising work from the region of Middle East North Africa (Middle East and North Africa ). The fourth award ceremony was held in the MENA Cristal Lebanese city of Faraya.

MENA Cristal jury headed this year Milka Pogliani, Chairman & Executive Creative Director McCann Worldgroup Italy. Festival says 12 nominations , part of which - a nod to modernity. Even last year, nominations were twice less. Now, traditional Film, Magazine, Press Daily and Outdoor, as well as Integrated and Website (transformed into Cyber) added Media, Advertisers' Media, Corporate, Marketing Services, Radio and Production.

And if in the year in non-traditional categories was handed just two awards, but this situation has changed dramatically - 57 awards in 8 new and not so new nominations , including five Grand Cristal.

Grand Cristals at this festival tradition is handed to one of the owners of Cristal, so all the winners of two awards.

Branch network JWT set the record for most awards, the agency received 23 prizes, 2 of which the Grand Prix of the festival and a special prize from the jury board.

The nominations Outdoor, Magazine and Daily Press delivered 22 Crystal. Grand Cristal awarded only in the Outdoor and Magazine. People identify the main prize among the winners in the 8 Daily Press, the jury could not decide.

Most of all awards received Qatari branch of Fortune Promoseven (FP7) - One Grand Prix, 5 crystals in a magazine ad and 4 in the newspaper.
